Q&A about the Service:

  • How does your service work?

    It's quite easy. You just need to fill out the order form and choose one of the tutors who have placed bids on your order. More information can be found on the How It Works page.

  • How do I fill out the order form?

    There are two order forms: a short one and a longer one. First, fill out the shorter order form, which can be found at the top of practically any page on our website. Here, we need some basic information about you, like your email address and what type of paper you need. At this point, if you don't have an account, it will be created for you, with a password sent to your email. Next, you fill out the more extended form, where you specify the details of your order in order to help your tutor complete an outstanding order for you.

  • Can I send additional materials to the tutor?

    Of course, you can upload any drafts, outlines or other materials that are relevant to the order.

  • Can I get online tests done by your writers, such as multiple choice tests, check boxes, T/F, etc?

    We believe it is the responsibility of students to pass tests on their own, whether online or on paper. In terms of a multiple choice test or any other kind of online tests, it is quite difficult to assess how a writer of ours would do on one.
    If you have ordered us to complete an exam, it will be automatically cancelled. Including orders to complete tests, do not share any personal information with us. It can compromise your own security and possibly your standing in your educational institution.

  • In what format will my paper be done?

    Our tutors know the most commonly used formats, such as APA, MLA and Chicago. Your paper will be properly formatted in the style you specify in the order details. If you don't require a format, there’s an option: “not applicable” in the order format.

  • How can I recover my password?

    There’s a “Forgot Password” link under the Login button that will help you recover the password.

  • How much does it cost to submit an order to is not a pre-paid service, so submitting an order is free. You’ll have to load money to your account at our service when you’re ready to assign a tutor.

  • When will my order be finished?

    You can specify the deadline in the order form and be sure that the tutor will finish by that time. Any changes in the deadline should be negotiated with the tutor in chat.

  • How will I receive the paper?

    You’ll be able to download the complete paper in MS Word or .pdf format, once the final part of the paper is approved.

  • Can I change the details to my order after it is submitted?

    Yes, you can do that by clicking: “Edit order details” button on your account page. But keep in mind that once you’ve modified your title or number of pages needed, all bids will be considered outdated, and the process will start over. After a tutor is assigned, all changes should be negotiated in live chat with them.

  • What should I do if I don't like the paper?

    We strongly advise you to track the writing process and make amendments along the way, before you approve each part. If you’ve approved all the parts, you won’t be able to ask for revisions and will have to place a new order for editing or rewriting.

  • What’s the difference between the Editing and Rewriting services?

    There are services designed for when you have a draft or some changes need to be done to an already completed paper. The difference between the two is in the amount of changes you require. For editing it is up to 25-30% and usually entails proofreading, and mild formatting or content changes. If you require more significant changes, you need the rewriting service, which entails up to 70% of changes.

  • What does it mean to “list an order as featured”?

    We receive many orders a day, and if you want your order to be on top of the list (to attract more tutors) then this feature is for you. It costs an additional $4.95, and is available while the order is on “bidding status.”

  • Where are the tutors from and where is your company located?

    Our company is based in Cyprus. Our tutors come from different countries of the world, from English and non-English speaking ones alike. You can ask the tutor what country they are from via chat.

  • How are the tutors evaluated?

    Before becoming a tutor at our service, all applicants go through a basic skills-evaluation test. We check their knowledge of grammar, citation styles, as well as their writing skills. In addition to that, tutors are constantly evaluated by our customers, based on their performance in actual orders.

  • What is the tutor's Rating?

    When an order is completed and approved, you can rate the tutor's performance based on your experience with their writing and communication. This rating system is one of the best indicators of the tutor’s work. This feedback helps other customers choose the most suitable tutor for their order, because it shows the tutor's average score and the total amount of orders completed.

  • What are the tutor's Awards?

    This is another feature which will help you make the right choice when choosing a tutor. It shows the tutor's enthusiasm and abilities. The awards system sets up a competitive environment, which stimulates the tutors to perform. On the “Top Tutors” page you can see ratings and awards combined.   • What is the tutor's Warning?

    We do our best to employ brilliant tutors, but we’re all human. From time to time we do encounter instances of attempted plagiarism, lateness or inadequate communication. If the matter is serious, we may issue a warning to such tutor. This means that the tutor has a chance to improve, but if not, their employment will be terminated.

Q&A about Payments, Plagiarism and Confidentiality:

  • Is it safe to make payments at your service? How can I do it?

    You have the option to load your account at with the needed amount of money for the order and release payments to the tutor from there. Another option is to pay the tutor directly from PayPal. PayPal is a safe payment system.

    It’s up to you if you want to pay the tutor in parts or for the whole order. But it’s easier to pay in parts, especially considering that this motivates the tutor. The system splits your order into parts automatically, so for example, if the order is 3 pages long, there would be 3 parts respectively. But two parts is the minimum, so if you have a 2-page urgent order it will be split in two parts. On the other hand, if you have a 1-page order, it will still be split in 2 parts, despite the deadline.

  • Do you have a Money Back guarantee?

  • Do you offer discounts?

    We try to upkeep a balance of fair wages for the tutors and affordable prices for our customers, while interfering as little as possible into the bidding process. Moreover, we want to provide high quality service to every customer, without exception. So, we choose to offer affordable services to everyone, rather than on a selective basis.

  • How can I be sure of the originality of my order?

    If you want to ensure originality of your order, you can use our free Plagiarism Check, which looks for any similarities in the text against web sources. Please keep in mind that we don’t interfere in your order process, and therefore advise you to check each part of the order before approving it.

  • Is your service confidential?

    We can only guarantee complete confidentiality if our tutors and customers don’t share private data with each other. For our own part, we never disclose personal information with third parties. We also strongly advise you to refrain from sharing your personal information with the tutors, as we can’t be accountable for possible misuse.

  • What do I do if the money is charged back?

    If the money is charged back, an equal amount is withdrawn from your balance. If the sum that was charged back is bigger or equal to the one help on your account here, your orders in progress will be automatically canceled. If you experience such an issue, please contact our Support Team.
